香港青年协会李兆基书院（英语：HKFYG Lee Shau Kee College，简称HLC）是一所位于香港新界天水围的直资男女英文中学，由香港青年协会于2006年创校，现时开设中一至中六年级。该校重视培养学生英语能力，5名外籍英语教师除了课堂教学外，亦会于课外时间与学生进行英语活动。其联系小学为香港青年协会李兆基小学。
香港青年协会李兆基书院是于历届的香港中学文凭考试曾出产“7科5**状元”（在甲类科目中至少3个选修科及4个核心科获得5**成绩）的43间学校之一。截至2025年，共有1位状元。
