香港6所双语国际学校之一，小学阶段中英文各半，每年IB成绩位居香港国际学校前两名，升学结果突出，每年都有2成以上的学生进入美国Top20的大学深造。校园设施完善，活动丰富。Y10要去杭州一年。汉基中学采用IBMYP课程衔接IBDP课程，课程整体偏向文科，理科的学术深度相对IGCSE学校浅一些。汉基每年Y7会扩招两个班，大约有60-80名插班生。因此Y7也是入学汉基最容易的年份。
2025年的IB均分为39分，与新加坡国际学校并列香港IB国际学校的第二名。美本Top20和牛剑的合并录取比例全港最高。

CIS的体育与Activities办公室提供多种项目，包括课外Activities（CCAs）、私人音乐Curriculum和竞技体育队。课外Activities涵盖以下类别：艺术、音乐、体育、学术与提升、沟通与Language，以及Global问题、社区、环境和服务。

Eligibility
- 申請者須在入學時Year滿12歲或以上，能展現出潛心向學、獨立思考，具包容心特質，並立志要Yes所作為。
- Yes關申請者的優勢，校方將自申請者的性格、學術殊榮、領導力，及其在社群服務、藝術、體育等各方面的表現，整體性鑑定申請者的強項與潛力。
- 申請「學費Aided計劃」學生可報讀八至十二Year級。符合申請條件學生將獲學費Aided並得以在漢基完成Secondary課程直至十三Year級畢業。
- 欲瞭解「學費Aided計劃」More資訊請聯繫校方入學部辦公室或報名參加網上簡介會。簡介會通常會在1或Feb期間舉行。
- 家長可在網上報名過程中表明興趣。網上報名資訊中將明列正式申請學費Aided計畫所需相關文件與資訊。

- 云景台、雅景台、宝马山花园是离CIS较近的Estate，可Walking上学，Walking时间在15分钟内。
- Wan Chai、Hong Kong Island Eastern District Yes 大量中产 Estate，北角城市公园、太古城、康怡花园等 Commute 非常方便，也适合居住。
Neutral
- Hong Kong Island 西区、Hong Kong Island Southern District 都离 Profile Yes 一定 Distance，由于汉基附近 No 地铁站，巴士路线也很少，因此基本只能依赖 School Bus Commute。
- Kowloon 塘以南都 Yes School Bus 到达汉基，Commute Time 和 Hong Kong Island Other 区域差不多。

从 2022Year Aug Start，启动了“所 Yes Students 乘车”计划，要求所 Yes3-11Grade 的 Students 必须乘坐 School Bus 上下学。Reception 至 2Grade 以及 12-13Grade 的 Students 仍然可以选择乘坐 School Bus。
Reception：Application Timeline 从 Enrollment 前两个学 Year Start 的 Sep1 日 Start，并在 Enrollment 前学 Year 的 Oct1 日结束。
Primary：Application 期从 Sep1 日 Start，提前一个学 Year Start，至 Feb28 日结束。
Secondary：Application期从Sep1日Start，No具体Deadline日期。然而，理想情况下，Application应在Nov初之前Submit，因为招生Assessment将在Nov底或Dec初Start。 在Nov初之后Submit的Application仍将被处理。由于合适的Application者将在每次Assessment后滚动提供名额，强烈建议Application者尽早Application，以避免失望。

公司提名權(CNR)持Yes人、Yes兄弟姐妹在漢基就讀者及校友與漢基教師子Girls在申請入學過程中享Yes優先權。但所Yes候選人都必須參加入學評估，並符合入學要求。校方不保證享Yes優先錄取權申請者必定獲得錄取。
學校希望漢基學生能熟練掌握以下其中一種語言：英語、Chinese(Mandarin)或 Chinese(Cantonese)。許多學前班申請者具備雙語口語能力，但此非必要入學條件。校方接受 Chinese(Mandarin)或英語能力 Yes 限的學生入讀學前班。 在小學部一至六 Year 級，若學生 Chinese(Mandarin)水平 Yes 限仍可申請入學。Yes 鑒於小學部 Yes 近半課程是由教師以 Chinese(Mandarin)授課，對 Chinese(Mandarin)僅為入門水平，尤其是小學部較高 Year 級學生而言，漢基值此階段並非其最佳選擇。申請者宜於考慮在 Secondary 以英語為主要教學語言階段方入讀漢基 Secondary 部七或以上 Year 級。Secondary 部會按學生能力將其分發至不同水平 Chinese(Mandarin)班級學習。
由於僅在 Yes 學生退學狀況下方 Yes 學額空出，一至六 Year 級學額十分 Yes 限。某些 Year 級將不會 Yes 超過十個空出學額。小學部以 Chinese(Mandarin)與英語授課，學生掌握此兩種語言能力都須符合漢基的入學要求。
每Year的錄取結果將於May或Jun發佈。 由於一至六Year級可提供空出學額Yes限，校方將僅可通知部份申請者參加遞補空出學額的入學評估。未獲邀申請者的申請資料將保持在「正在進行」狀態中。在該學Year度結束時，入學辦公室將發送電郵詢問家長是否仍考慮入讀漢基。若答覆為「是」，校方將於新學Year度期間考慮您子Girls的申請。
是的，CIS 杭州项目对所 Yes10Grade Students 是强制要求的。
