1. To develop students’ proficiency in both English and Chinese Languages through reading scheme (including both online and offline reading materials), we have more than 30,000 books in our school library.<br>2. To provide different language programs such as Putonghua, Urdu, Nepali language, Arabic etc., for students to learn in order to increase their competitive in their future.<br>3. To develop students as self-directed and life-long learners.<br>4. To facilitate students’ development of positive values and attitudes and cultivate positive outlook in life.<br>5. To enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching, we had successfully applied from QEF to change all the blackboards/whiteboards in the classrooms and special rooms into smartboard system.<br>6. To provide different free of charge homework remedial classes and tutorials for students who need support after school.<br>7. We emphasis on whole-person development, different extra-curriculum activities are organized. We also encourage our students to take part in community activities and volunteer work actively.<br>8. To enhance students' problem solving skills and technological skills, we assessed and re-designed the ICT and technology and living curriculum in the Junior form, more STEM elements are added. One of the Computer Rooms was renovated as a IT Lab.

Our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) has been running for 28 years, and many activities such as picnics, education seminars, etc., have been organized. Moreover, regional teacher-parent meetings are also arranged to serve the needs of students and parents from Kowloon and New Territories.

Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; appointing additional teacher(s)/teaching assistant(s) to support NCS students’ learning of Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc.; developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting learning and teaching materials; organising activities to create an inclusive learning environment in the school; and hiring additional manpower and/or translation/interpretation services to facilitate the communication with parents of NCS students.

Our school adopts a 'whole school approach' to promote inclusive education. We use the 'Learning Support Grant' and the 'Non-Chinese Speaking Student with Special Educational Needs Grant” flexibly to facilitate the all-round development of our students. We have set up a Student Support Committee to address this issue. This committee comprises the Deputy Principal, SEN Coordinator, SEN Support Teacher, Psychologist, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, School Social Worker, and subject teachers.<br><br>Subject teachers use a variety of teaching strategies to cater for students' different learning needs. Chinese language and mathematics teaching adopts the homogeneous group approach. Students with similar learning levels are grouped together and tiered learning materials are used to enhance learning effectiveness.<br><br>To promote students' all-round development, the school provides various social and adaptive groups to help them develop their social skills and self-confidence. The Multi-Media Art Stress Relief Group and the Concentration & Executive Function Training Group are specifically designed to help students relieve stress and become autonomous learners.<br><br>Specialist professionals provide specialized assessments and training to identify the needs of students with special educational needs. We provide additional support for students' learning and development in the form of individual educational plans, classroom learning support, and adjustments to assessments. We regularly review students' progress and circumstances through home-school cooperation to ensure they grow up healthily.

1. The college places great emphasis on the pastoral care of students. The Discipline and Counseling Committee is set up to look after the discipline and guidance needs of students with the ultimate goal of helping them to sustain continual human growth.<br>2. To take better care of the students in S.1-S.6, the school has been arranging two class teachers to work in partnership in looking after each class of students. To facilitate closer contact between teachers and students on a daily basis, the school has arranged the office of the class teachers to be on the same floor with their respective classes. The team of teachers would deal with student affairs and discipline problems specific to the form through formal and informal meetings. They are also responsible for organizing intra-form activities and competitions to enrich students' school life and foster good habits and behavior.<br>3. The school views the development of the students' human potential as a top priority and facilitates their development through different social activities organised by more than 40 school clubs and interest groups, as well as the Student Union Association.

Window Films are used to reduce the room temp and sunlight; <br>4. Using of No. 1 energy labels in many electrical appliances, e.g. refrigerators, dehumidifiers, etc; 5. Recycling bins are put at playgrounds and classrooms; <br>6. Our College joined the Fee-in Tariff (Fi T) scheme and therefore a solar panel system was installed in the roof top of the main building;<br>7. Promote electric vehicle.
