蒙特梭利国际学校是香港唯一一所正宗的蒙氏课程学校，小学部位于赤柱，幼稚园分散在四个校区，除了赤柱，还有海怡半岛、筲箕湾、上环三个校区。赤柱的设施是最好的，其他三个校区设施就相对较差。IMS的教学方法比较特别，培养孩子自主学习研究的能力。
2025年新开设中学部，目前未开设高中部，无公开考试成绩和大学录取结果。
