耀中国际学校位于九龙塘，但分为3个校区，中学部在道福路，小学部在森麻实道和肯特道。校区设施整体一般。录取了较多华人学生，小学部为国际学校，中学部为私立独立学校，中学部录取了较多香港本地学生，以达到政府要求的7成香港永居学生的要求。由于华人学生较多，中文语境较强而英文语境较弱。
IB均分近年来呈大小年趋势，整体位于香港的中下游。
