九龙真光中学（英语：Kowloon True Light School），是香港的一所著名女校，属于香港真光四校之一。校舍位于九龙塘沙福道真光里。 香港真光四校的共同前身是真光校祖那夏理女士于1872年在广州创立的“真光书院”（True Light Seminary），是南中国第一所女子学校。[1]1949年，受国共内战影响，广州芳村白鹤洞“真光女子中学”迁校来港。后选定九龙塘窝打老道115号为校址， 定名为“九龙真光中学”。于1960年迁至沙福道真光里现址，原窝打老道校舍开办附属小学及幼稚园。 1972年，适逢真光创校百周年，九龙真光中学校董会得到中华基督教会香港区会的资助，于1973年于油麻地创立“真光女书院”。
