中华传道会刘永生中学（英语：CNEC Lau Wing Sang Secondary School），简称刘永生中学，由中华传道会创办，位于香港东区柴湾的一所津贴中学。中华传道会刘永生中学于1998年获派校舍，并于1999年创立，是由中华传道会所办的第三所学校（其他两所分别是中华传道会安柱中学和中华传道会李贤尧纪念中学），也是该组织在东区的第一所学校。除了中华传道会总会承担部分经费外，刘永生医生奉献其余经费，故以“刘永生”作为新校校名，以感谢刘永生医生的捐赠。
