保良局罗氏基金中学（英语：Po Leung Kuk Laws Foundation College）是一间位于香港新界将军澳的直资中学，2004年创校。学校自2004年创立，提倡多元发展。而学校发展以来着重学生的全人发展，其中包括“一人一乐器计划”、“第一届联校音乐会”。学生可筹划各式各样的学会及举办活动。学校于2005年投放大量资金创立校园电视台“LawnTV”，以培养入选学生在拍摄方面的兴趣。翌年首次参与香港联校戏剧节及举办第一届Fashion Show day，让学生发挥戏剧天分与参与时装制作的体验。
