基督教崇真中学（英语：Tsung Tsin Christian Academy, TTCA），是一所座落于香港长沙湾荔康街8号的直接资助英文中学，属第一组别（Band 1）中学。 该校由基督教香港崇真会深水埗堂主办，于2004年创立，由丘颂云长老为首任校长，在创校年只开设中一及中四班，全校分为信、义、爱、德四社。 此校曾与同系的私立崇真小学结为“一条龙学校”，但有关安排现已取消。
同时开办A Level和DSE课程。历年成绩透明度低，近年均为公布成绩。
