Our school attaches great importance to teacher professionalism. In addition to the training required by the Education Bureau for newly-joined teachers, in-service teachers, and teachers for promotion, the school also requires teachers of the relevant subjects and committees to have certain training qualifications to ensure that students receive comprehensive care. The school also organises several school-based staff development days and other in-school training activities every year to optimise teachers' work in teaching and administration, to tie in with the school's development and implementation of major concerns, and to promote the school's sustainable development. Our school has set up a school-based appraisal mechanism to review the performance of teachers in teaching and administrative work. At the same time, we have made reference to the "Guidelines on Professional Conduct for Teachers" issued by the Education Bureau, so as to ensure that teachers comply with the relevant professional conduct and develop moral integrity.
