Teachers equip themselves well by actively taking part in various training courses for professional development. Our teachers actively participate in various professional development programmes. This year, the school-based staff development programmes will focus on facilitating strategies for enhancing learning and teaching effectiveness through lesson observation and post-lesson discussion as well as making good use of assessment data for devising follow-up actions.
