In order not to have a labelling effect on students, we have all our classes with mixed ability students. While our focus is on providing biliteracy and trilingual education, we also adopt mixed nationality culture for all classes.

We organize activities with PTA such as seminars, workshops and activities for parents: Day camp, hiking, outdoor study, etc. Our parents actively participate in voluntary work in school such as story mama and sports day volunteers. Teachers and parents have a close relationship with good communication through 'Smiling Campaign'.

Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; appointing additional teacher(s)/teaching assistant(s) to support NCS students' learning of Chinese; arranging intensive Chinese learning and teaching mode(s), e.g. pull-out learning if necessary, split-class/group learning, etc; developing school-based Chinese Language curriculum and/or adapting learning and teaching materials; and organising activities to create an inclusive learning environment in the school. Provide Summer Bridging Programme for NCS students to consolidate their learning.
