Our school will participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System through central allocation stage (Applicable for admission to S.1 in September 2026 ).The criteria of admission through the S.1 Discretionary Places stage are as follows:<br>1. Conduct in P.5 & P.6 must be on average Grade B or above (Prerequisite) 2. Rank order (issued by EDB) (40%) <br>3. Academic performance in P.5 & P.6 (10%) 4. 1. Through the use of multiple assessment methods, the school evaluates students’ learning effectiveness. Besides term tests and examinations, the school promotes continuous assessment by incorporating students’ performance in their coursework marks.<br>2. The school makes good use of evaluation data to promote learning and teaching, and encourages students to reflect on their learning outcomes.<br>3. The teachers will adjust their teaching strategies based on the varied learning styles of different classes. They will also adapt their objectives and the content of assessments and assignments in consideration of students’ diverse needs and abilities.

Set up in 1994, the PTA has striven to promote home-school cooperation and encourage parents' engagement and support for school programmes. PTA offers scholarships and subsidies for students' activities, and parent volunteers serve as instructors for interest groups and adjudicators for different competitions.

Our school provides additional support for NCS students to facilitate their learning of Chinese: providing after-school support programmes in learning Chinese; and organising activities to create an inclusive learning environment in the school.

1. The core members of the Learning Support Unit, the Special Educational Needs Coordinator, and the Special Educational Needs support teachers are committed to establishing an inclusive campus culture. They utilize additional resources, including EDB Grant, to adapt the curriculum according to students' needs and employ diverse teaching and learning strategies to support students of varying abilities. In our school, 74.5% of the teaching staff have received systematic special education training.<br>2. For individual students with ongoing and severe difficulties, the school provides personalized enhanced support, including instructional and assessment adjustments, counseling groups, social skills training groups, speech therapy services, and Individual Education Plan. Each year, the school provides summaries of support services to the parents of students with special educational needs, listens to parents' opinions, and has mechanisms in place to discuss student progress.

1. To cater for our students’ diverse needs, the school set up the post of SEN Coordinator and the Gifted Education Team. A comprehensive information system is built up to help teachers to identify our students’ potentials in various aspects and arrange suitable courses for them, which encourages them to unleash their potentials and attain self-advancement.<br>2. Diversified extra-curricular activities for our students are organized by the Four Houses and 41 clubs with a view to creating various life-wide learning opportunities for them to unleash their potentials.
