The Student Support Committee comprise the Vice-principal, SENCO, Special Educational Needs Support Teacher, School-based Speech Therapist, Teaching Assistant supporting students with SEN, the Educational Psychologist, the School Social Worker, the Counselling Master, the Discipline Mistress, SEN counsellor and teachers of the major subjects. Our school has flexibly deployed the Learning Support Grant on extra manpower recruitment and relevant professional services for the students concerned. Extended learning classes are also offered to help the lower achievers. Adaptation has been made to the learning progress, homework policy and assessments for the SEN students, coupled with the individual learning scheme to assist their learning. School-parent cooperation and regular communication are much emphasized so that relevant supportive measures could be devised through various channels.

2. Vantage FIRST Potential Scheme: to provide students with diverse learning experiences, in order to help them discover and develop their interest in different areas. Their talents can be put into full play through a variety of extra-curricular activities. Students will also have a chance to work for the good of the community and thus instil a sense of responsibility. It is through the scheme that junior form students are equipped for life so that they can become a cultivated person and thus a good leader in the future.
3. Through the scheme "EVERYBODY CAN SHINE", students are offered the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities to stretch their potential to the fullest.
4. We launched "Academic Support Award Scheme of All-round Athlete" to student athletes in the hope of achieving a balance between their academic performance and sports training.
5. Students are encouraged to form study groups and assistance is provided according to students’ needs.

A caring and supportive atmosphere is built in school for students to grow and develop their potentials. The ethos of your school is adhered to the core values of Catholic education, which are: “Truth”, “Justice”, “Love”, “Life” and “Family”. We put special emphasis on both students’ character and spiritual development in the hope that they can explore the true meaning of life so as to live a fruitful one.
1. The Pastoral Care Team coordinates all the religious activities of our school. Students, both Catholics and non-Catholics are spiritually nurtured through the multifarious religious activities such as services, masses, gospel fellowships, religious sharing during the morning assemblies, retreats, leadership trainings and pilgrimages (both local and overseas) or voluntary services.
