宣道国际小学和初中阶段采用加拿大Alberta课程，高中采用AP和IBDP课程，学生可以选择其中一种课程，但以AP为主，每年的IBDP毕业生比较少，因此创校后都未曾公布IB成绩。宣道采用加拿大课程体系，因此数学等理科课程难度相对英制和本地课程为低。宣道每年毕业生去向主要是去往美国，以Top30后的大学为主。
宣道国际采用AP为主，IB为辅的课程体系。创校8年来，未公布具体的学术成绩，仅公布大学录取结果。
