天主教崇德英文书院（英语：Shung Tak Catholic English College，简称STC、STCEC或崇德）是一所位于香港元朗区洪水桥的津贴男女英文中学，校址是新界元朗洪水桥洪德路1号，校舍面积约8,000平方米，与可道中学相邻并构成连锁式平禧校舍（全港仅建两组此类校舍）。该校为区内最早创建的英中，尤以其公开考试表现和英文教育而为区内人认识。
